Jason Kelce thought he won 'good-looking brother' rivalry with Travis but is laughed at

Jason Kelce appears to still be sour after a guard couldn’t control his laughter when someone made a comment about who the ‘good-looking brother’ is out of him and Travis.

Most siblings have some sort of rivalry or competition, especially when they are close in age. It’s quite common in some family dynamics, and you can’t get more competitive than Jason Kelce and Travis both playing in the NFL but for different teams. Travis Kelce is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, whereas Jason is a center for the Philadelphia Eagles. The brothers are just two years apart, Jason was born in 1987 and brother Travis Kelce followed in 1989, the same year as his girlfriend Taylor Swift.

Jason Kelce is still sour over who is the ‘good-looking brother’

Jason and Travis host their podcast New Heights, which has now been named as the most popular sports podcast in the US. The duo have been happy with the new influx of viewers, especially Swifties who have flocked to now getting into the sport with the introduction of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift becoming official.

In their latest episode released yesterday, Thursday, February 8, Jason had traveled to Las Vegas for filming. His younger sibling was in Nevada as he’s training for the upcoming Super Bowl this weekend.

They managed to get onto the topic of a security guard laughing at Jason when a Kelce fan said he was the ‘better looking’ brother out of him and Travis.

“Security guard laughed at you Jason-” Trav tells the fans.

“Nah he laughed with me,” The 36-year-old tried to correct him.

Travis continues: “Nah he was laughing at you, Jason you’re the better looking brother, from a fan in the stands and the security guard-

“Laughed his a** off,” Jason sighs.

“He had a grand old time with that line,” Trav laughs, as Jason finally admits it’s “pretty funny”.

“That was pretty good, pretty funny you’re the sexiest man alive finalist,” the younger brother quips, bringing up how Jason was named as one of People’s Sexiest Men Alive in 2023. In November, he was named in the long list alongside Usher and Timothée Chalamet. But at the time, all he responded with was a sassy tweet saying: “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder…”

“Jokes on you security guard…” Jason adds, before declaring, “He was actually really nice.”

“He’s probably the prettier brother, that’s what it is,” Travis swipes, and the two laugh again.

Jason has had a busy week, he competed in the Pro Bowl and his family when to Walt Disney World in Florida as well.

Travis Kelce’s sweet reason for picking the number 87

Trav wears the number 87 on the field, and the reason behind it is actually adorable.

The 34-year-old admitted he couldn’t play as the number 89 so he chose 87, which is the birth year of his big brother Jason Kelce – with Travis confessing he wanted it to be a tribute for his older bro.

He claims his career in American Football wouldn’t be anything without his brother setting the path for both of him. Trav praised Jason for all his hard work before he stepped up onto the field.

It can’t get cuter than that.
