After the 54-year-old engineer fell asleep, the women allegedly fled the house and went to the Hermitage precinct, claiming they were afraid of Capps. According to police spokesman Don Aaron, three SWAT officers were sent to Capps’s house, and warrants were obtained for his arrest on charges of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault.
